Two brothers founded the company 15 years ago, consulted for the largest Dispensaries in the industry.  Backed by the brightest minds in the field, including the attorney who wrote the legislation legalizing marijuana in Colorado.  Elite Grower Solutions is poised to enter any state with the upmost in compliance and regulatory standards.

Our Mission: By employing uniformity in the cannabis grow processes, adhering to strict quality control measures at every facility, and providing proper bud tender/sales staff training, we aim to be the industry leader for the regulatory compliant production and sale of high quality medical grade cannabis products, and hemp based products in every market throughout the United States.

Elite Grower Solutions produces, brands, packages and distributes medical grade cannabis, cannabis extract, cannabis extract infused products, and hemp based products.  Elite Grower Solutions, through its subsidiaries, also supports local owner/operators of all Elite cannabis and hemp production and distribution facilities, by providing services and assistance with all operational needs, from seed to sale.  Elite is working towards becoming synonymous with the phrase “top shelf” in the medical, adult recreational, and wholesale cannabis markets.

Elite Grower Solutions Company Goals: Our goal is to position our company as the gold standard for the production and sale of the highest quality legalized cannabis and hemp based products nationwide. We project an increase in revenue quarter over quarter by garnering market share through careful planning, creative marketing and strategic acquisitions.

At the core of The Elite cannabis and hemp product development, quality control, and cultivation, is a strategic relationship with Elite Cannabis Science (ECS). 

Elite Cannabis Group (ECS) is a premier cannabis services and consulting company, complete with laboratory testing facilities, and an expansive catalog of cannabis and hemp infused edible and bath and body products. ECS, through its Elite Grower Solutions subsidiary, is also the exclusive provider of turn-key facilities and grow operation management services to the largest companies and their respective subsidiaries.

Elite Cannabis Group Goals: To create a world-class, fully integrated, service and solutions provider to the legal cannabis and hemp product industries. ECS Provides facilities (real estate), build-out and construction management, facilities management, seed to sale technology, proprietary nutrient blends, grow supplies, product quality testing, and consulting services to legal cannabis business owners. 

Key Barriers to Entry (Colorado): There are significant barriers to entry in the emerging legal cannabis industry, and regulatory barriers vary from state to state. Colorado is thought of as the template for market and regulatory structure, leading the way to regulating this growing industry as a for-profit market. Some barrier examples for Colorado are:

• -  Minimum state residency requirements for license holders

• -  Significant building code requirements for building and operating a grow facility

• -  Engineering blueprints

• -  Minimum one year lease required before a license can be issued by the city

• -  Location restrictions (Must maintain a certain distance from schools, etc )

• -  Large up-front capital requirements: The typical Elite Cannabis Group grow

  facility build-out and equipment costs range between $185,000 and $1,500,000,

  depending on size and actual constructions needs

• -  Extensive license processing time. The city must first approve the

  business licenses before the state will accept an application. All of the above requirements must be met before an application will be accepted.

  Elite is fast-tracking the licensing process and the time to profitability by acquiring an existing business with a positive cash flow.

• Business Philosophy: We separated the “brand” from the “brawn.” The “brand”, Elite, is front and center, allowing the brand to face the individual end-consumer and other dispensaries as the trusted and quality brand for hemp products and cannabis products nationwide.

  Elite Grower Solutions, the “brawn”, provides services, product development and consulting on a business-to-business basis to the cannabis production industry. 

The First Elite Owned Location – Colorado Springs, Colorado: Elite Grower Solutions entered into an agreement to acquire the licenses associated with an operating MMJ business located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The business Elite bought was one of the most established and deep rooted medical cannabis businesses in the entire state of Colorado and presents a tremendous opportunity for EGS throughout the State. The licenses include an OPC (grow), MMC (the dispensary), and the MIP (the license to create edible and infused products). This first Elite MMC location was a flagship dispensary location, designed to enhance the onsite consumer experience by creating a relaxing and welcoming, safe environment. 

Additionally, the associated Elite OPC and MIP location will serve as a sales showroom for Elite Cannabis Group. While Elite and its team members have consulted on, and managed various grow build-outs, and provided grow management services, this future state-of-the-art grow facility will allow prospective Elite clients to tour the facility and inspect the Elite Cannabis Group approach first hand as they consider Elite for their legal cannabis business needs. 

The Elite Grower SolutionsTM- National Growth and Expansion: The business model for Elite with the services of Elite Grower Solutions, is extremely scalable. As part of the business model Elite has commissioned Elite Grower Solutions to help identify existing qualified facilities as potential acquisition candidates. Simultaneously Elite Grower Solutions is preparing to apply in states with existing and future medicinal and recreational legal approval. Elite is strategically lining up emerging territories. Immediate expansion could include the following states:

Research and Development: Edible and infusion Products
 

 Elite Growers is the exclusive consultant and provider of edible, infusion

and oil based products research and development to several conglomerates network of locations nationwide. 

Nationwide Efforts: Establishing the brand before the competition - Elite will market and distribute various hemp based edible and bath and body products throughout the United States. Efforts will be made primarily in those state considering or voting on legalized cannabis sales in the immediate future, with careful consideration being given to other geographic markets. The approach of penetrating a geographic markets with hemp based products under the Elite name is designed to help the company establish itself as “the brand” in each geographic market ahead of any competitor, while the states are in the midst of considering or voting on legalized cannabis.

Currently Elite is the only company in the industry positioned to develop a brand with its own products ahead of the legalized cannabis market. This approach allows Elite to potentially capture market share in select geographic markets.

Ian Landi”

Ian Landi is an internationally renowned marijuana cultivator who specializes in integrated pest management, micro-tissue culture, production, and logistics. Ian has studied and used almost every nutrient, gadget and piece of equipment on the market today. He is able to create custom integrated pest management (IPM) programs to fit each facility's needs while adapting to any budgetary constraints, grow systems and mediums already in place. For the past decade Ian has grown cannabis and produced concentrates for some of the largest facilities in the world. By utilizing his unique cloning process, he is able to consistently yield above average weights per plant without compromising quality and potency. Ian remains educated on scientific advancements to support continuing professional competency while maximizing efficiency. He holds a number of certifications, licenses, and degrees including: Master Gardener Certificate from New York Botanical Gardens; METRC Inventory Tracking System Certification; Colorado State Key Badge Employee; Colorado Department of Agriculture; Pesticide Applicator License; Cannabis University of Colorado Alumni; THC University Alumni; Master Grower Certification from Green CulturED.

Robert J. Corry, Esq: Attorney Corry is the go to attorney for the largest names in the industry.  He has written the legislation and regulations for the cannabis industry.  Robert is Elite Grower Solutions in house council, and is hands down the most respect attorney in the country for Medical Marijuana.

Mr. Corry earned his Juris Doctor at Stanford University School of law, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Mr. Corry is considered one of the foremost authorities on Marijuana laws.
